Jeff Brown

Founder & Owner
I opened Lex Fitness in 2009 with one goal in mind: helping people reach their fitness goals safely and effectively. I am a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in kinesiology exercise science. Beginning my career in 1998, I am one of the most experienced exercise physiologists in the Lexington area. I worked for five plus years in physical therapy and corporate fitness and have been a personal trainer for more than 20 years, giving me a diverse range of experience to help anyone reach their fitness goals.

My name is Alex. I fell in love with fitness at a young age, specifically to perform better at my sport and get stronger. My experience being a personal trainer and group instructor has allowed me to work with a variety of goals such as weight loss, athletic performance, strength/muscle gain, improve chronic pain, long-term health, and more. I believe everyone is different, so my approach varies from person to person. . Let's get started today!

Adam Grosskruetz

I enjoy helping people feel strong, lose weight, and get back into shape. Ultimately, helping people reach their fitness goals is my passion. My experience as a personal trainer, group instructor, and coach since 2016 has provided me an opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients pursuing functional fitness, weight loss, pain and disability management, hypertrophy, sport performance, and CrossFit. I value continuing education and science-based methods to optimize functional movement and performance and produce better, more sustainable results for my clients.

Kristian Morgan

My name is Kristian Morgan. I am a husband, girl-dad, dogfather, and a big-time gamer nerd. I believe that fitness is a journey and that everyone has that journey in them. I've been an athlete all my life and played basketball in college. Fitness and sports have connected me with so many amazing people, and I believe that everybody deserves to experience that joy. KM Fitness stands for positivity, strength, and passion. When you have me as a coach, you are motivated and supported as you crush your fitness journey. As a fully certified and accredited NASM personal trainer, I wholeheartedly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives. I passionately believe that living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. I'll help you combine healthy habits and efficient workouts into a powerful formula to transform. Payton Brown

My name is Payton. I grew up in Georgetown where I still live with my wife, Anna, and daughter, Lily. I am a senior at Georgetown College where I am getting a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with a minor in business administration while playing football. I love to run, lift, and spend time with my family. I feel called to help people achieve their fitness goals and build meaningful relationships with my clients.

Anna Poliakova

Personal Trainer

M.Ed. Physical Education and Sport, NCSF student

My name is Anna. I’m originally from Ukraine, with almost ten years of experience, including teaching physical education at an elementary school, and personal training at commercial gyms. My academic background includes a Master's Degree in Physical Education and Sport. Currently I’m pursuing certification as a CPT and Sport Nutritionist through NCSF. In my training programs, I strongly prefer hybrid workouts that encompass strength exercises, aerobic actions, functional movements, elements of yoga and gymnastics, as well as mobility work and rehabilitation exercises. My approach to clients is individualised, based on understanding your goals and capabilities, as well as considering your lifestyle, work, habits, and psychological traits. For me, fitness is about health, and I fight to make as many people as possible healthier.
