We offer a variety of personal training options.

-Initial Consultation – This is FREE!  In this consultation, we take body fat assessments, do measurements, go through medical history, and talk about your goals. We use all this information to create your individualized program.

-One-on-one 1 hour or 30 minutes

-Partner training sessions (two person)

-Three-person sessions

-Four-person sessions

Virtual Personal Training

Want the advantages of having a personal trainer anywhere? Sign up for our online personal training! Personalized to you and your goals with the accountability and expertise of a personal trainer with you every step of the way. This state-of-the-art program will cover all the bases: exercises, diet, progress, scheduling, and accountability all in one app.


This limited number membership will give you access to our secure, state-of-the-art facility 24 hours a day Mon.-Sat.
