I enjoy helping people feel strong, lose weight, and get back into shape. Ultimately, helping people reach their fitness goals is my passion. I value continuing education and science-based methods to optimize functional movement and performance and produce better, more sustainable results for my clients.
Abigail Aydlotte
Personal Trainer
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Science
As someone who grew up in a family of athletes, my passion for strength and fitness runs deep. I grew up playing just about every sport under the sun, but I loved ballet and cross country running the most. At 14 I underwent spinal fusion surgery for my scoliosis, and while that was quite the hurdle to overcome, it really taught me the importance of mobility and balance. I’m excited for this opportunity to share my passion for health and fitness with anyone who wants to take on the challenge!
