I enjoy helping people feel strong, lose weight, & get back into shape. Ultimately, helping people reach their fitness goals is my passion. My experience as a personal trainer, group instructor, and coach since 2016 has provided me an opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients of ages and pursuits, including functional fitness, weight loss, pain management and disability, hypertrophy, sport performance, and CrossFit. I value continuing education and science-based methods for the purpose of optimizing functional movement and performance and produce better, more sustainable results for my clients.
